More good news today. Tamra is still on the mend here at hospital. She was visited by her brother Kim and his wife. He flew in from Seattle last night to see her. They shared stories about growing up and Grandma and Grandpa Juretich. It was nice to see Tamra smile so much and enjoy being around her Brother.
As for her medical condition, she is still out of pain thanks to the morphine and hasn't been sick to her stomach in days now so that is great news. Also she was able to move from liquid foods to solids now. She had Spaghetti and meatballs and a salad today so she is getting the nourishment she needs to help her now only feel better but fight off the cancer.
After talking with the doctor that is filling in for her oncologist he said that if she continues to improve they may consider sending her home in the next couple of days and start the chemotherapy. We are all hoping for this outcome as well. With the ability to control her pain with a pain pump and hospice checking in on her at home we hope that its possible to return home.
Many thanks to everyone for everything you are doing on her behalf. We know just how much she is truly loved!

Glad that Tamra is feeling better and that she has such a supportive and loving family. She is an incredibly caring and sweet woman who deserves nothing less. There's been more than one occasion where I have said to Chet, do you think your Mom would adopt me?
